General Terms of Offer

This offer is an Introductory Offer as part of the launch of Aruga Ltd and our new range of products and services. Our introductory offers must end on 30th September 2024 and eligible purchases/bookings must be completed by 23:59 on Friday 30th September 2024. Introductory offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn sooner and without notice. Online bookings/purchases are an “invitation to treat” and we reserve the right in some circumstances to cancel your booking or refuse service. You are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase., You waive this right or we may charge a fee to cover costs where you book an appointment, use a service, or instruct us to undertake work on your behalf within the 14 day period. These Offer-related Terms & Conditions represent amendments or additions to our general Terms & Conditions of Sale and Service. Aruga Ltd is registered in England and is governed by UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Summary of Products or Services under Offer

Single one-on-one coaching sessions, plus your initial induction session, for just £45, offering you a huge 52% discount of £40 from our normal session rate of £85.

As well as a 20-30 minute initial induction session held online, you’ll receive an online session with one of our experienced business and leadership coaches, each session lasting up to 60 minutes. You can book and manage your appointments online and in advance, ensuring flexibility and convenience. Sessions are usually on a weekly or fortnightly basis and we can make an informed recommendation during your initial induction session. Depending on your goals and aspirations, additional sessions may be required, chargeable at our standard rates.

Eligibility and Specific Terms & Conditions

Each customer may purchase a maximum of 8 sessions at the discounted rate of £45 (plus we also include our initial induction session at no additional cost). For this purpose, we ordinarily consider the customer to be the person making the purchase who then undertakes the coaching themselves. Customers making a purchase as a gift or on behalf of a business should make this clear at the point of booking. Aruga are not responsible for securing attendance or participation of a third party, and booking confirmations and appointment amendments will be directed to the person completing the purchase using the details provided. If a customer or business wishes to consider multiple purchases with the intent of up-skilling a group of employees, the customer should contact us separately for discounted bulk pricing with terms and conditions that fit your business need, as this offer is neither suitable nor intended for bulk purchases or training at scale.

Eligible purchases must be made by booking an initial induction session and paying a non-refundable deposit of £25 no later than 30th September 2024. The initial induction session appointment must take place by 1st November, during which the remaining balance of £20 must be paid in full. You may request additional sessions at the discounted rate during your Induction Session, provided the sessions take place before 20th December 2024. Prior to the initial induction session, and advanced information pro forma must be completed and returned by the customer, and details and the form link are included with your purchase confirmation email. Your initial induction session is online and lasts 20-30 minutes, during which includes a scoping exercise, an explanation of our coaching contract including commitments from the customer, and assistance with booking your future weekly/fortnightly coaching sessions once the remaining balance transaction is complete. Sessions are non-refundable and must be paid for in full and in advance. The discount price does not apply to sessions taking place after 20th December 2024. Changes to appointments require at least 24 hours notice and can be amended by the customer through our online schedule service.

Only one purchase per customer and sessions are non-transferrable. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other coaching offer or discount.. Customers must be over the age of 18 at the point of purchase. This offer is only open to those customers currently resident, working or studying in the UK to avoid quality of service or international trade violations. Payment is in Pounds Sterling and the prices shown are VAT-free. We accept payment with no additional fee by most Debit or Credit cards, Paypal, or secure BACS transfer (we do not obtain or hold your bank account details when using secure BACS transfers). We may levy an additional charge where payment is made by a Corporate Credit or Debit Card. We do not accept cash, cheque, standing orders or direct debits. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you have concerns about meeting the remaining balance amount during the initial induction session, though we are under no obligation to agree a repayment plan and we may apply a surcharge..

Important Dates

Friday 30th September 2024 - This offer ends at 23:59 and before this time you must complete your purchase, book your initial induction session, and pay a £25 deposit.

Friday 1st November 2024 - You must schedule and complete your initial induction session before this date.

Friday 20th December 2024 - You can obtain individual sessions at the discounted rate, up to a maximum of 8 sessions, until this date.
