General Terms of Offer

This offer rate is by invitation only, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or altered without notice. Online offers shown at this rate are an “invitation to treat” and we reserve the right in some circumstances to cancel your booking or refuse service. You are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase., You waive this right or we may charge a fee to cover costs where you book an appointment, use a service, or instruct us to undertake work on your behalf within the 14 day period. These Offer-related Terms & Conditions represent amendments or additions to our general Terms & Conditions of Sale and Service. Aruga Ltd is registered in England and is governed by UK law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Eligibility and Specific Terms & Conditions

Upon invitation, each customer may purchase for themselves or by prior arrangement for an extended family member or personal friend. The Family & Friend Rate cannot be used by a business or other commercial entity.

Eligible purchases can only be made following direct discussion, agreement, and acceptance of a contractual agreement which will specify the services to be provided and the cost applied.

Purchases are non-transferrable. This offer rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Customers and Coaching Clients must be over the age of 18 at the point of purchase. This offer rate is only open to those customers currently resident, working or studying in the UK to avoid quality of service or international trade violations. Payment is in Pounds Sterling and the prices shown are VAT-free. We accept payment with no additional fee by most Debit or Credit cards, Paypal, or secure BACS transfer (we do not obtain or hold your bank account details when using secure BACS transfers). We may levy an additional charge where payment is made by a Corporate Credit or Debit Card. We do not accept cash, cheque, standing orders or direct debits. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you have concerns about meeting any outstanding balance amount though we are under no obligation to agree a repayment plan and we may apply a surcharge.
